Your health documents are stored locally on your device using browser storage (IndexedDB). We use encryption and secure connections (HTTPS) to protect data in transit. We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties.
When you use our WhatsApp bot, messages and uploaded documents are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We use this data solely to provide our health record services.
We use the following third-party services:
• Firebase (authentication)
• Meta WhatsApp Business API (messaging)
• Anthropic Claude AI (report analysis)
You have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Delete your data and account
• Opt out of WhatsApp communications
• Request a copy of your data
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time through the app.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
